RETURNS & REFUNDS

At SIRAT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to inform us that you wish to return your watch.

You do not need to provide a reason for your decision.

Please include your order number in your message.

Free Returns

Return shipping costs are covered by SIRAT.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to send your watch back to us.

Products returned without prior notification may require additional processing.

Condition of Returned Products

The watch must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, together with the items originally supplied with your order, where applicable:

• The watch

• Its presentation box

• Its certificate

• Any accessories supplied with the watch

You may naturally inspect and try on the watch in a reasonable manner.

Any deterioration resulting from use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product may result in a reduction of the refunded amount, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm its receipt by email.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your watch has a defect or your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs clearly showing the issue.

We will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our warranty and your applicable statutory rights.

24-Month Warranty

SIRAT watches are covered by a 24-month commercial warranty against manufacturing defects.

Claims relating to manufacturing defects are handled separately from standard returns made due to a change of mind.

International Orders

Our free return policy also applies to international orders.

Any taxes, customs duties or import charges originally paid directly to authorities or third-party intermediaries may not be refundable by SIRAT.

​Your Legal Rights

This return policy does not restrict or limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
